There is lot of politics in the downline. People who are in good books in their manager, will only get promotions and increments. Hard working and simple people may be thrown out of system, due to their non political way of life.

...ation in inter departments i.e. sales-crm-operations-design-legal-finance-hr. HR team always drags at low pay scale in case of Jr level employees & there is always the partiality while promotions & hike. Not the company once had. Everything within company has collapsed as of now. Humble suggestion is that don't fall for the trap of brand name while joining and all. There are many good companies in market even local who has better administration, good execution strategy & smooth inter dept co-ordination modules.

Company not providing basic facilities to progress the work. Do not join on thirty party. On role staff rudly behaviour with you. No marriage leave, no maternity leave for thirty party. Other benefit is zero.
