No Promotion in South Zone. Salary for Architects is much lesser than market standard. Design team is usually bullied to do wrong designs for the sake of business. South zone design is too bad.

In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.

There is lot of politics in the downline. People who are in good books in their manager, will only get promotions and increments. Hard working and simple people may be thrown out of system, due to their non political way of life.
