Here u need to give whole your effort in NC around 200 NC raise and need to close them on time else u will be fired..! Worst company i have wver seen Non Technical Management Quality department is boss who makes your life hell..!

Salary is on time. Except this there is nothing good in the company.

Worst working culture, full of Politics. People who call them leaders not even know the meaning of leadership. HR has no solution to your problems. People sitting at Senior positions only shouts to the top most level and pressurize you for work. You don't feel like going to work. They call it 5 days working but actually its 24*7 job. Company is not bad but people in Senior management roles. They only disrespect you and make you feel you are good for nothing. Suddenly you are no longer required in organisation. They have hired you with 4 rounds of interview and than say you are worthless. Big question on there hiring process. Waste of time and spoiling careers of employees. You will loss your confidence if you work here.

-Unnecessary follow up at multi level -Without details asking for budget & estimate -TAT not followed -Insist to work on official holiday -During the selection time asking to handle a single project and after over joining engage multi project. However not considering works apprication during the appraisal time. -Internal level politics. -No work recognitions - Matrix reporting system

Working in GPL is same as any financial distressed company but the only benefit is that you get salary on time

Poor work life balance and everytime people are threatned about rating if someone doesnt act as instructed by seniors even if its interest of the company
