They should stop taking low cost and loss making projects at outskirts. Performance linked pay policy is a double edged sword, if your project is a profit making project then you will get the importance and performance linked payout will also be at a better scale. Company component is linked to project performance

Company policy good on paper but on site not get implemented and HR not involved in this, No job satisfaction as contractor are not capable to do work, In time must be 9.30 no out time No Saturday off as per company policy for operation team as site head want staff on site. But HR will not interfere in this matter.

Salary is on time. Except this there is nothing good in the company.

Worst working culture, full of Politics. People who call them leaders not even know the meaning of leadership. HR has no solution to your problems. People sitting at Senior positions only shouts to the top most level and pressurize you for work. You don't feel like going to work. They call it 5 days working but actually its 24*7 job. Company is not bad but people in Senior management roles. They only disrespect you and make you feel you are good for nothing. Suddenly you are no longer required in organisation. They have hired you with 4 rounds of interview and than say you are worthless. Big question on there hiring process. Waste of time and spoiling careers of employees. You will loss your confidence if you work here.
