Manager to executive all are busy in raising and closing the NC and WIR on quality app. Audits per two month. 4. Nothing, except office campus, otherwise most of the time struggled to find space to sit in RO.

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, being female candidate expected to not be much ambitious and should be settled in whatever is given. Disparity seen in every area, designation wise, project wise and gender wise. No clarity on what basis designation and salaries are offered. Favorism happens. Other companies are more transparent than Godrej.
