Issue is with the people working here People who are having experience of 5 and 10 years are the one to ruin the company. They do not allow new comers to settle. They kind of create a toxic environment and run a syndicate. Being a friend of the manager a receptionist is having more powers, we need to beg for tea coffee and snacks. She can lock the room doors she can even torture assistant manager. Now my team people are not even going inside the reception. The entire company is ruined.

Toxic work environment the manager there make you feel your are useless which affects your mental health and They character assassinate behind your back by commenting to other colleagues. The manger there is dominating and kind of baised. And support the people those who support her those who do everything she says. If you are planning to join godrej properties please think once

...ostly while monitoring the reportee like a prisoner.Culture is toxic at present.Salary is variable which you never get as most of the projects have issues.Experienced people please stay away

In the real sense one of the best company to work for lifetime if you get a good boss. ( Bosses/Managers) Are the real culprits when someone reviews a company negatively.

To be specific no dislikes for company but it should evaluate whether the management is holding the values Godrej thrives for. Need to keep a tap on the management so that it does not create there own policy diverting company's legacy. When manager starts dominating and company leave everything at them in name of decentralisation then the real mishap happens.
