Employees treated as non performing assets which should work only as per instructions given by team head and not as per site requirements. No support from Seniors with regards to issues faced on site and within the Team. If you raise your voice against the wrong things your seniors use certain phrases (1) your attitude is not good towards seniors (2) your behavior is not good for company (3) strick actions will be taken for Code of Conduct. Small small things are noted as Code of Conduct

Work life balance, salary and benefits good

Dislikes

All appraisal and promotion done on the basis of Team Head not on the work done by a person. So if your relation with the team head is not good your appraisal is impossible even if you are a best performer.

After eco Friendly with LGBTQIA few of North management think that they are God and they have all powers like God. They can force employees to work with them otherwise North management can destroy carrier.

Dislikes

North management is unskilled. They treat employees after knowing their sexuality like community people are useless.

Godrej company is very good but its employees are very bad, they are number one brokers, you will not even know when they will trap you and fire you from the job, it was a very bad experience

Everything was bad, nothing was good, as a transman you are harassed and sometimes false accusations are made on you.
