Salaries , wages & milk producers payments , vendors payments & all payments are perfect done within time. So i believe this company.

... the company recruited in production department. He has 3 or 4 years experience. The company paid 30k-40k salary to him. But the old employees who are working the company doesn't have that much salary even though they had more than 10years experience. Well, the newly recruited person don't have the knowledge as much as the old employees have.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Those how are not qualified are managers. Those how work have not identified. Employees are in hr pay roles, but Manger won decision making like giving a stone to a mad man.

Waste management, no response from head management. Work pressure, some of employees get good salary and promotions because of politics. Your decision will not consider.

Only some employees get good salary and promotions due to politics and your a company slave, no more holidays, if you are in off, you should always answer by phone and work burden will aslo same that day too.
