Eg., Salary & Benefits, Politics, Infrastructure, Promotion/Appraisal, no gifts or sweets in Diwali, plant 19A is too far, shuttles timings are not fixed and sometimes shuttle drivers don't even wait for a second for employees, less holidays, there is no canteen near by plant 19A, that's why we need to go pauz almost 1 km by walking since after 12 there is no shuttle available and because of that our manager shout us for taking break of 1 hr, also, canteen's food is like mess ka khana and not even worth for rs.100, there should be canteen like godrej one building has, Godrej one's food thali is affordable also. talking about infrastructure so it doesn't even feel like IT company, It should be like Godrej one or accenture building or area like Quick pauz. pantry is very small...sometimes we need to wait for having lunch because of shortage of seating

- Terrible pay structure - heavy deductions, low basic and meager increments - Slow promotions - it might take several years even to get a single promotion here - No growth - Stagnant career, no opportunities to explore and grow - Old and outdated technologies - no Linux, uses .NET Framework instead of Core or MVC applications, older OS and software versions, no exposure to cloud - Training given is surface-level, even for freshers. Expectations, however, are very high - No guidance about work, no work planning from managers because even they have no clue about technologies - they're just good at approving leaves and micromanaging employees. That's what they're really good at - No canteen facilities (bring your own lunch or walk a mile and have an expensive meal at a canteen far away from office) - Work from office 4 days a week - no flexibility to choose between WFH and WFO - Shuttle frequency is quite low, even in peak hours, so we have to walk from the campus gate to the office, which takes approx. 20 minutes at average walking pace - Employee efforts are unnoticed. Nobody gives a damn about the employees. They care about their policies more than us - Anything that benefits employees such as appreciation letters, awards, appraisals, WFH concessions take a LOT of time to get approval (with no guarantee of getting it) - For freshers, there is a 2-years bond, failing to which, their FNF and experience letters shall be withheld - Pathetic work culture, low growth, no increments

Salary expectations should be more. Canteen should be big according to employees. Breakout room is not good for playing no proper carom board or chess board.
