No work and projects are there, employees are sitting idle, they hire employees on bond so you cant leave the organisation before 2 years without paying 2 lakh rupees. And in these 2 years your career is ruined cos you have to start fresh after u quit godrej. They will keep on asking you to practice yourself after some ridiculous online training without any real life scenarios or implementation projects. They will tell you that you will be part of implementation projects you will learn the process of organisation and do the requirement gathering and implement the world's 3rd best ERP during interview but nothing will happen.

...y get any projects but employees are sitting idle for last 6 months and no work. No doubt company will pay you salary for sitting idle but your knowledge will get stagnant. They provide no real work and ask you to keep practicing on fake scenarios. And since there is no work and thus no one is billable you will be eventually shifted to another plant but there too no work will be assigned. In all there is no value addition. You cant leave the job as they hire you on 2 years bond of rs 2 lakhs. They wont terminate you and wont leave you without bond amount. and after 2 years you will have to start complete fresh in your career as a CA. Dont go with JD mentioned anywhere as its all a lie.

Salary and compensation No WFH Hr policies are outdated No canteen No food coupon. They hire employee with less salary (mostly freshers) And expect them to do projects and have expectations that they know everything. Half day policy is horrible

- Salary should be revised to match other competitive companies. - Needs to adapt to newer technologies.
