Salary appraisal etc is too much dependent on HR decision and managers have hardly any say on it.Work from home is not an option.Salary is deducted if you have not completed mandatory 9 hours everyday.

Salary and compensation No WFH Hr policies are outdated No canteen No food coupon. They hire employee with less salary (mostly freshers) And expect them to do projects and have expectations that they know everything. Half day policy is horrible

No one day of work from home No shift allowance Huge cutting in salary Never trust on hrs 9 hours strict policy if you get late for 5 mins the half day will be there they not provide any transport facility

- Salary should be revised to match other competitive companies. - Needs to adapt to newer technologies.
