DIPLOMA AND BE ARE EQUAL IN SOME CASES (for experience up to 10 years TILL 2018) . HERE YOU CAN JUDGE AFTER WORKING HERE FOR AT LEAST 1 YEAR. OVERALL BETTER PLACE BUT YOU TAKE DECISION BASED ON WORK EXPERIENCE FOR AT LEAST 1-2 YEAR.

They put apprentice every in charge of packing plant for 9 month and apprentice is totally worth less in godrej INDUSTRIES nothing you gonna learn in pressures of charge and production
