1. Good Company, Management is supportive 2. HR policy are transperent 3. Employe residents colony is very beautiful 4. Children School facility and teaching quality is surplus.

Company brand nis very big, Company premises is very good,more than 75% area is covered with trees and greenery.

Dislikes

Culture in Mohali location nis very bad,Salary structure is not good enough, no more value to the experienced employees. HR department is least bother about human and resource activities, Promotions are totally baised, not based upon the actual performance of the employee..
