1. Time Refreshment: The company ensures that snacks and tea are provided at a time, which is a nice gesture for employees

Dislikes

1. Long Working hours: Employees work till midnight or 3 am It happens in Godrej Capital where they mention employees at month's end work till midnight 3 to 4 am and disburse the case. Then only you can go home 2. High Travel Demand: If you stay in a central line in Mumbai they will tell you to visit the site of the harbour and the western side. They don't care even if you are a boy or a Girl you have to work till late at night 3. Lack of Employee value: They don't care about your sickness they will only give you 1 day's leave and expect you to come next day to work 4. inappropriate language: The Thane Head person Bhavya Desai uses abusive language against everyone even they have done a good job or not. He doesn't have the manner to talk to women or men, Bhavya Desai will only treat you well in the starting phase of your joining month after that he will not behave with you in a good manner. 5. Worst HR : HR even dont take the interview of SM,RM ARM she only meet you when you have to do the Goal setting and end of the year to review . She don't support for any kind of misbehaviour happen in organisation

Great company to fool around, just bribe your higher manager and loot funds to yourself. But be precautionary, they will report about you the first minute when they shift to different department.

Dislikes

Company is filled with swines, higher management is corrupt, you get untimely promotion if you are from bajaj. You hire an MBA and a street corrupt diploma holder for same role. Abuses are prevalent on floor level.

Likes

Companies moto and desire to grow is very strong.they care for their employes and oppurtunties are good. Appreciate the work ethics of top management.

Dislikes

The ground level HR and some business managers are not supportive in south division. They always care for their self benefits rather than working as a team or taking considerations of other people opinions.
