The owners have a great vision for their employees but the people sitting in the Corporate try their level best to oppose it on the ground.

Dislikes

... and responsibilities they are applying for and whom they would be reporting to. No skill development takes place neither the compensation is good as compared to the competition and policies are twisted to suit the needs of seniors and their favourite people.
