Good Company to work, have good work life balance and culture . Yearly bonus for some years is very good

if you are not very ambitious and do not care of growth in terms of salary and grade then its one of the best company to work for people , culture , location and work life balance

Godrej is a good company to work with. You can balance your work life and personal life very well as it is 5 days of working being a CSR as well. There are no rotational shifts. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

The salary scale is low and carrier growth is also limited.
