Salary Negotiation in an interview

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Too much concentration on Insurance, ROI and PF. Since it’s like a startup everything is an experiment. Employees are not fairly paid. No work life balance. Saturdays and Sundays working. The upper management is pathetic. The company is confused with highest attrition in the last 1.5 years

No matter how much work an off-roll employee does, he has no value. Those at the top are only concerned with work. It doesn't matter who below is working, what and how, all the benefits are only for the on-roll employee.

Nothing great, selected people gets promotion and upper management is biased does not acknowledge hardwork.

Selected people gets promotion and recognition and people doing good hardwork are asked to leave the company totally biased upper management. Does not know ground reality. Sooner or later promoter will get to know about this.
