1. Company is very processed based, each and every task always takes time due to approvals. 2. Salaries offered while joining or initial phase are good but increment is very low and growth becomes stagnant. Some people do get quick promotion and fast increment by maintaining good relations with seniors. 3. Very hard to get fast track promotions even if you give 100 %. 4. Favoritism, specially inclination towards female employees. 5. Internal politics.

...to any other work profile in any other business. Policies are very well drafted. In my last 11 year of career with this company I have never had problem like delay in Salary, or some payouts rejected.

Dislikes

Innovation at work is negligible and even if you come up with innovative ideas stubborn management and Auditors will not let you do it that easily. Complete company is having lack of speed, System software's and work known s/w but in this company we face multiple issues with these softwires all the time. No time for learning as your daily work management is challenging job, internal people are stubborn like government employees.

...e about juniors They Discourage new joinees A lot of Partiality in promotions 3 months notice period,thats a harassment period and generally people pay and quit before its completion. No life only work.

Just worried about KRA. 7.Tactically forcing to work on holidays. 8. Apply techniques to prevent taking leave 5 days or a week vacation. 9. Full of devil's advocate

Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.
