...n Nov 2015. In these years of 34 1/2 years my experience was totally satisfied. Their ethics, straight forwardness, culture, necessary training in the relevant field, salary, growth, appraisal, travel(all the necessary benefits were given morethan enough), respect to the Senior all good examples can be given without any second thought.Totally a Very Good Management they are having with affectionated Owner/s.

Dislikes

Certain areas like Logistics, the Work life balance somehow could not be maintained. especially, monthend pressure which makes the employees frustrating. Proper planning should be implemented to avoid this

Work time is good, no regularly late sitting, salary on time, once trip on yearly basis

Dislikes

Increament not good, no more learning new things at division level, favouritism going on while promotion, no more job security to those who work hard.

It sucks. Worst company to work with. Pls dont join if you have any option. No growth, only politics. They will use every opportunity to exploit employees including stealing hard earned incentives of the employees who resign, recovering money (GROSS CTC) from employees who dont serve 3 month's notice, appraisal happens in every alternative years, deducting salary during covid times and deferring salaries, forcing employees to leave who protest against the oppression or tries to bring change, Inactive HR

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

... very supportive Seniors and management. Site work culture changes site to site. Although company has good pay scale, ontime salary, better variable pay system. Company will stand with you in your crisis.

Dislikes

Company need some improvement in implementation of culture at site. Site deviations must be addressed by superior at once. Otherwise company is very comfortable place to work.
