Higher management cares for their employees. In lockdown, factory was closed and work from home option is given.

Dislikes

They did the pay cut nearly equal to the last year increment amid lockdown. Policy is little bit tricky. Appraisal process is not good. Not getting learning opportunities in my division. Process and work is slow.

... vertical/ cross functional for hardworking professionals, Learning Environment. Salary Revision & Appraisals are more than average.

Dislikes

Lenient performance management system. So many initiatives at a time, like Business Excellence, TPM, IMS, KAIZEN etc. etc. But results not converting in revenues.

Godrej is very good company to work . I have been working since 2013 . Joined in Project execution department with in 6 year time span got all exposure of Project management skills like purchase , contract , logistics , design and engineering , etc through job rotation .

...height 2.Oiling for the bosses & even their family members ego satisfaction 3.No transparency during salary hike, promotion 4.Internal politics, making the colleagues frustrated by insulting. 5.Micromanaging at its height 6.Wrong people at HO, no idea at all about the market. Just worried about KRA. 7.Tactically forcing to work on holidays. 8. Apply techniques to prevent taking leave 5 days or a week vacation. 9. Full of devil's advocate

Salary, hike and bonus were good. Flexible working time. Little exposure to the warehouse operations. No layoff.

Dislikes

No work from home option. More SOPs. No proper data storage of projects. Attrition rate is high. From the view of design and manufacturing, very few learning opportunities are available. Replacement of leaving employees takes more time. Work pressure is high.
