I dislike the authoritative leadership they have in place. Look, I have many good ideas, and I tried to move them forward, trying to help the company. But from my position I am not allowed to suggest any improvements. I am supposed to follow the orders of my superior, and that's it.

...to any other work profile in any other business. Policies are very well drafted. In my last 11 year of career with this company I have never had problem like delay in Salary, or some payouts rejected.

Dislikes

Innovation at work is negligible and even if you come up with innovative ideas stubborn management and Auditors will not let you do it that easily. Complete company is having lack of speed, System software's and work known s/w but in this company we face multiple issues with these softwires all the time. No time for learning as your daily work management is challenging job, internal people are stubborn like government employees.

No Salary Appraisal If your dealer does not completes 80% of the target assigned annually. One week Salary Cut for not attending branch training at Branch Head office Location regardless of even informing in advance.

Job security is high. Learning culture. Company policies are transparent. Extremely ethical in dealings.

Dislikes

Salary is meager. 6 days a week work shifts. Internal politics among employees, excess travelling.

Nothing to be liked .They give incentives but no work life balance

...e about juniors They Discourage new joinees A lot of Partiality in promotions 3 months notice period,thats a harassment period and generally people pay and quit before its completion. No life only work.
