If you are looking for job security, then Godot is the company to go for. Barring terrible work, you'll be left to your own devices. There is a constant din of work pressure though. It's not hard, but it's there.

Salary is credited on the second week of the month. Plus the management tends to believe the wrong people.

The only thing I liked about working here was being able to leave office for the day at 5:30, if I had finished all my work by that time. A group of good people who worked with me also made the job bearable.

...ganisation where your career growth will stagnate in about a year or and a half. The salary is poor and appraisal system is a joke. The bosses are very mean and don't hesitate in letting anyone who asks for a raise go. I also know of colleagues who have worked there for two or three years without a single raise. Some left in despair. Exit from the company is as unceremonious as it can be, with the bosses threating you with negative consequences if you share the information of your leaving the company with anyone until your very last day at work. They don't provide references to employees who quit as well. So if your next job needs one, you're on your own. You'll be punished for being good at what you do by having difficult work dumped on your head without any significant difference in compensation. There's a lot of favouritism at play as well and the situation has gotten outright toxic now that the bosses handle the business from overseas. Certain employees are now the "eyes and ears" of the bosses and they misuse the position with much fun. Avoid the place. Please. I don't know one person who is happy there except the two or three who went on to become the 'eyes' and 'ears'.

As it's a startup with a small team, we've been assigned various tasks beyond our designated job roles, and I haven't received a proper salary increase or appraisal.

Payments were made on time. That was a great thing. However, they should give feedback before removing you from workforce.

Narrato is good for freelancers for a few months. When I joined in April, I had ample projects available to me. Then I worked diligently in May and June and in July they mentioned that my work quality is poor. I have 95% job acceptance rate and my rating is 4. I basically feel that they hire new writers every month and then get rid of them after a few months.
