Lots to learn. They switch roles every 6 months based on company's interests and you can ask for where to go. But in the end it depends on what the company wants.

Dislikes

Lack of any form of management. only 3 managers for handling 50 people. Its a mess no chairs available to sit. Many times people need to sit in pantry to do their work. Work time is not defined. People work here lethargically due to which others need to suffer. Office timings - 10am to 7pm. Lol this aint true. You can come at 10-11 am but going back home is not dependent on your work. it is always dependent on what others have completed.

I am an experienced developer and the experience I get with this company is not that good.

Dislikes

This comapany is small scale unfortunately fosters an environment with a significant amount of internal politics. The behaviour exhibited by the HR department upon joining might leave you questioning their professional training and etiquette its challenging to articulate the level of disappointment and frustration experienced when encountering such unpleasant and unprofessional individuals.

Likes

The People or the colleagues. Even though the work pressure is huge and stressful, you are surrounded by the most joyous people that you can chill in between. You make a good bond with the people here.

Dislikes

The Management. Dilip is a manager who constantly torchers you with his unprofessional behavior and sometimes when he loses his mind, you might have to listen to his trash talks or even the bad words.
