Goddres pharma looks like a PCD base company...eg:-Salary based on target achievement....if u have 100% target ach then full salary...and management is very poor... incentive critiriya is very poor...If u have this month target ach u got incentive after 5 month...how can u r service this company...very poor management...

Nithing like that in this company, Here only the family members get full and on time increament without any performance and without any productive and those the people get the increment who speak well about boss, if boss wrong doing and does not complain. This compnay not deserve for good and grt compnay.

...ople not understand his company policy and every day change his company policy. Not supporting in covid situations also they deducted employees salary but not deducted family members employee's even given increament..ghar ka paisa ghar me hi aane do wala rules..covid me bhi strictly bulate the. Don't join this company if they call you direct say no because future and career both are going he'll when you join this firm.

...at it has being growing at a fast speed. Finance of the company is very sound. No defaults in salary payments and other statutory dues done. Company has a culture of accommodating all those who are willing to grow and work culture is good. All Saturday sundays are off. And company looks after employee welfare.
