Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Company is good for trainie engineers, company gives a chance to freshers. Company's Engineers are very supportive.

Dislikes

...material reconciliation, material Managment, steel reconciliation any time.... Salary is too much low, no increment. Bad politics in company.

Godawari Industrial Traders is one of the best company which is giving chance to Fresher's. The working culture is quite good and all the facilities are provided by company which is the basic need of an employee. The Director of the Company remains in touch with every employee personally so that anyone can share his/her problems .

Before joining the company, we have to think a hundred times, this company has no job security, can fire it anytime, if it feels that its salary is high, it fires it within 1 day, and I want it It is okay not to join the company.
