Work culture is orthodox, if you are leaving on time then they think you don't have any work. Before leaving the office premises you need to say goodbye to Manager without saying goodbye you can't leave. You can't take extra Tea or coffee nor green Tea. And many more.

Work environment is good everyone is supportive. Management is transparent. They give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

They have 6 working days so there will be no work life balance. On the job training is not given regularly.

Yes I like to work such nice organisation which supports his employees in professional & person life.

Not really but each organisation has its limitations such as each employee aspected more form his organisation without any partiality.

The friendly culture is most important, and keep learning attitude truly helps, to develop your skills, very good opportunity for fresher as well as experienced people. Godavari is really touching the hikes, with efforts.

Everything is very smooth, nothing is to dislike as such, rather I would say there's a system of discipline, which offcourse we need to follow in our day today life, for our growth and benefit.
