Salary- What is that? A term that does not exist in the definition of the Organisation, but something every employee will have to keep reminding every day. You are lucky if you get your salary once in 60 days, but in case you are very lucky, you will get it once in 50 days, and in case you are the most favourite, you will have to beg for your own HARD EARNED MONEY, to the extent where you will be okay not getting a salary. 4. Resignations- As an employee, I have personally spent the most on FAREWELL GIFTS, every month an employee is leaving the company, looking forward to having a sane and mentally healthy life, and meaningful career growth. 5. Leadership - The Leadership team, will barely understand the pain, because they have their partners/ spouses and family members fending for them, hence they don't understand the meaning and pain of not having to receive a month's salary on time.
