Amazing working culture, excellent growth opportunities, extremely supportive and friendly environment, amazing work-life balance and flexibility, guidance from leadership team.

Dislikes

Internal announcements and changes can be streamlined a little better so that it reaches all the teams and all the users in time. But this is a very minor and outweighed con. Apart from this there are no cons.

uppermanagement is brutal, fakes vision and does not give clarity. employees are expected to work overtime on daily basis. rules and regulations are not applicable to uppermanagement.
