Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

I got to learn a lot... That too not because of the company but I had interest in that field which made me learn and also because of my few colleges.

Dislikes

Salary never on time. They always search reasons to deduct the salary. No management. They want the employees to work till late or extra time but they do not want to pay accordingly. They said that they will be giving refund for the tea and beverage at the month end, we just need do the entery in the registor. So we used to do the entery and get it signed daily... But... Surprise.... We never got that back... I did not get any refund till end and not even when I left.
