Being WFH, the culture of the company is good. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

Company culture - Excellent

Dislikes

No skill development, and new learning. Salary is not up to the mark. Appraisal (Increment of Rs 2000/-) happens in once in a year. No job security.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations.
