TL is super cooperative and understanding. That's why work life balance is good but not excellent. Work pressure is balanced. Skill development and learning process is excellent.

Salary is good but could have been better. Otherwise everything is perfect.

Being WFH, the culture of the company is good. All the employees are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

No skill development, and new learning. Salary is not up to the mark. Appraisal (Increment of Rs 2000/-) happens in once in a year. No job security.

The company gives a lot of growth opportunities in terms of position.

- workaholic. - working late hours is more appreciated than actual hard work. - Salary is too low. - Disgusting ways of cost-cutting implemented which harm the output of any work. - Employee ideas are not put into action ever. - Very poor work culture. - No team bonding.
