...use this 60% staff has to mandatorily accept the work of departing team member. 2) Delay of salary release of an average 18 days since Covid. 3) Company has not released the Annual performance bonus to staff for the FY 2019-20 when company performed the best industrywide. 4) CEO rejoin in August 20 and asked staff to work in Teamwork for the best of Company. Staff is still not paid PLI for the FY-2019-20. Performance of company was not good for FY 20-21 & FY 21-22 and due reason PLI is not released to Staff even then after only CEO was paid PLI of 1 crore on 31st August 22 (seems like sab ka saath, khud ka Vikas).

We Accounts payable team continiuosly worked for company with mind set to support the company in this pandemic situation even up to restart the flying operations of on 1st june 2020 and then on 4th June 20, at the day end We staff got an extension letter of LWP till 30 th June 20. ...oined from jet Airways.Lots of wastage of man power and resources done by them .Not to forget their promotion is done by themself after every financial year and increasing their pay check .Also not to forget they only care to fill their pockets in an unethical way even if it means the downfall or closing of the company.Examples Higher lever management like the CEO ,VP cabin crew department all jumping ships to new airline like akasa air to fill their dirty pockets again.Poor business strategy of higher level management (ex jet Airways management).very poorly underpaid cabin crew when compared to other crew from different airlines.

Due to lessors issue go first can't fly. Due to it our salary are unpaid. Due to this operation revival is too difficult. It's too difficult to survive without operation & salaries. Darkness Diwali for go first employee due to lessors issue.

Salary, not only GOFirst every airline provides less salary according to other fields. Even a call centre guy getting more then airport staff.
