High officials and faculty no support, no training, no job security, no career growth, no salary, stipend very minimal, no travel, only travel to conferences self funded, high politics and favoritism, self learning, work environment hectic, no value for time, poor time schedule, innovation do not exist, work-life imbalanced, outcome suffer from stress and other illness, however, finished course work with extended time limit.
