Mereen madam is a very cruel lady. Lady employees and some employees also torture me. Basamma spoiled my image. She is jealous girl. Some employees say that supervisors pressurize them to work faster, and that they sometimes harass employees. Mismanagement: Some employees say that the work is hectic due to mismanagement.

Company provides you a better platform to showcase your ability and skills. It helps you to grow and also in developing one and prepare one for future which is very important in today's dynamic scenario. Company provides good working environment.The HR policies are good during working nd also post retirement.

Dislikes

There is nothing wrong or disliking about GSL as company but I feel there is no unity among the people working together and like every work place people keep pulling back others for personal growth.And this is true in all the companies .

Good work environment environment and culture he meets are supportive and men the management is transparent. Good appraisal are fare. My supervisor was very good person DGM(Welfare) Shri Rajesh M. Hiremath .

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our resource. After 1 year they will throw out the apprentice trainee.

Is a medium sized Navratna public sector company. Has sufficient order book position. GSL is public sector company but has been professionally managed. Can learn lots of skills on the job as several high tech equipment are used on GSL built 🚢 and as such exposure is good to employees.

Dislikes

Only little bit extra procedures, being Govt. PSU.
