No dislike but have an opinion about the policies that should be reconsidered: - At the time of joining they deduct 10% salary from your package (in first 3 months) as a security deposit, which will be returned after completion of 1 year in the organization, this policy is I feel troublesome.

The initial learning period or training period was extremely good.

...s a week working, you'll have to work on weekends to complete your weekly tasks. The salary they pay is completely not what they promised you while you joined the agency so yes read the contract really well.

The management needs to improve, coordination needs to be there, rules and policies should me made employee centric

...are being followed feels as if it's a school. The management is really not good. The salary deduction process is not at all valid thing. Unacceptable

They have set a work from home Policy which is not at all in employee favour. If daily target achieved then you get paid for full day if 50% Target achieved they pay you for Half Day. If target not achieved for that particular day they don't pay you it goes LOP even after putting all efforts. Salary Appraisal are pending of many employees and appraisal are not done as per expectations

No Job Security the company can kick you out anytime even though they may sign a bond with you for 1 year contract with company. There are lots of Politics going in the company. Deserving candidates are not given what they deserve. If you speak about challenges loopholes or problems the management says that you are Bad mouthing about the company and spreading negative environment on the Floor. No work balance during month end you are being asked to extend your shift unwillingly even they ask you to work on Saturday and Sunday. They do give OT for overtime but it hampers the Work-Life balance.

It's a diplomatic environment where the management will talk trash down your throat and if you retaliate, you pay by losing salary or your job. Another thing, they use, unlicensed windows OS which is kinda a scam but harms no one. Lastly, 20% of the 6 months of your initial salary goes into training where you learn nothing.
