The work-life balance is unparallelled.

The pros stop at work-life balance. Everything else, starting from your salary, to the senior management, appraisals suck! The senior management just brown noses the leadership, and expects you to brown nose them, otherwise you will be stuck at whatever level you are in.

Earlier the company had a good work culture but now after the changes in higher management everything has become worst. Its not the same company as it was before. BEWARE before joining as there is no hob security as well as the work level has also detoriated

Work culture, Data team has really great people. the managers are nice. Problem statements are very interesting to solve . Sophisticated deployment setups. Steep learning curve for junior level DS.

Dislikes

.... Right now they are going through huge losses. I am writing this in 2023 July . So appraisal , promotions and salary increments have all been really dissatisfactory. Too much reorg happening.

Job security as they are B2C and very prone to market volatility. Have laid off people during Covid and post Covid for recession.

The benefits of the company are good, salary can be lower. Worklife balance is good if you get to work from home.

Dislikes

The share prices have dropped, the internal processes keep changing, the culture is not so great anymore, they have laid off many employees in the last one year. Lack of faith in management and leadership. Company has forced all employees to come to work even though there isn’t enough place for all employees to sit in the office. This was done to drive attrition from remotely hired employees.
