The business plan of the company is very Good, but staff is not supported here. We got salary on time but warehouse rent, vendor bill Employees expenses not on time. There is Freedom to work with open mind without any pressure. This is a big freedom for private Job.

Dislikes

The company mission and core value is clear, but the state level Team is baised on family, friendship and relatives. So that you cannot create pressure even on your junior staff. Company financial situation is not good, no any corporate culchar here. Rules are made by HO team time to time but they are limited on paper only. There is no dignity of position. Some Employees who take the decision we cannot go against them.

The best work is learning lot of. We can can build our future here. Most learning and earning platform. We become a officer because here getting respect from Senior, Cleint, labour and truck driver. Officer attitude is same of us. They gives respect as well as they behaviour is good.

Dislikes

Sallery and benifits is low as compared to others and no job security. Warehouse will empty , our job will gone...
