Nothing, this company is spoiling others life

Dislikes

They may give you good package but after you join, you will not get salary for 2 or 3 months, they don't serve a single cup of tea while working, No holidays at all. Even some national holidays are not given. Instead they will call you on sunday if required. No one listens to you, neither HR, or your boss or the management. The main culprict is the CMD of the organization, playing with people's life and not considering the fact that families depend on salaries. Even the pf contribution is tweaked so that you get the least possible amount. I request you people not to join this organization, even HR head, nurses, doctors, CEO's, COO no one gets salary on time. If you complain they will say you are free to leave if you cannot adjust. Do not spoil your life like me or thousands of other GNRC employees. No matter if they give you 10 lacs salary per month. You will never get your salary and will always be debt ridden. You might think i am saying negative because i had a fight or something, but i am telling the ground reality. I have no enemity with anyone in the organization.

...MD) over there. But our real CMD Dr Borah is soo humble Management is very poor. I didn't get my 1 month salary after my written proper resignation

The MS is the worst thing in Kolkata GNRC, around 70% of staff left bcoz of him. Dr Borah dreamed to make kolkata GNRC like others but that MS literally spoiled everything

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive.I feel like it should give more opportunities to grow career and salary should be given on time.Aprisal has been doing for last 2 years as result we didn't get any increments though I have been worked for long 24 hours during lockdown. I hope the organisation will start with full swing again soon.Thank you.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
