The company's culture, the support from management, good working environment. the coordination between employees and management is very good and they help each other. The company takes care of the employee's health, follows all the necessary hygiene and does frequent health check up. A one-time healthy evening snack is provided to the employee's every day by company. I have good work exprience in company.

The working environment was good, especially when an employee interacts with the CFO desk of the company gets a positive mindset and takes something new aspect of working every time. The attitude of the superior of the company is very positive. Highly recommended to join the company.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
