...GETS.THEY COULD HAVE OPTED FOR FIRING PEOPLE NOT ACHIEVING THEIR TARGETS BUT , the head management has no sense of deduction making which is very important and fired people who were achieving targets in the pandemic and getting huge business values and also the same employees had the lowest package .So one can assume instead of firing those who had package on the higher side and not achieving targets they have fired people in majority the employees with package on lower side and who have been achieving targets. Policies are changed without I forming Finance department is worst No work responsibility No sense of work culture even from the top management.
