Better to avoid joining such a standard less organizations, we loose our scope , we loose our knowledge, totally we will become dum . Management is such a hopeless and they wont respect or appreciate any kind of works and they don't even intimate the employees before layoff. So many ladies has been a sufferers. I petty that in this updated society still such bank exists.
