Good colleagues all around very supportive ...promotes skill development..very focused on deliverables ..makes sure that every employess gets same respect and opportunities....very less political environment

... each other u may face extra work load on somedays...kind of off field at you...salary is being paid on proper date but sometimes it may fluctuate....writing this review is lockdown so the fluctuations and deductions can be acceptable on personal basis

No work environment and cultutre.teammates are not supportive and the management is not transparent.company policy are not gud .appraisals are not fairthey hv not give sailry nd expanses timely ...

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues..salary is decent but carrier growth to slow.

Although GNA University Phagwara is not a bad organization for work but when this pendamic covid 19 came there contribution for employees not supporting from March onwards they gave 30_50% salary

Here's the same work culture only buttering people got appreciated spoonism on the top.

The worst work culture i have observed here working with GNA, the worst management and their policies, They dont have the experience and the university is being runned by the most untrained persons who doesn't have any relevant experience too. Here you will find more of the politics and less working culture..

All teammates are have supportive nature. If I compared this with my earlier employer I bit satisfied regarding learning aspects.

Compensation is decent, but when it come to appraisal point of view, still didn’t know how they applied.
