Not a good environment to work. Unethical management. False marketing done by this company to generate leads. Only whose is on top get benefits.

... is a lot of politics and the management doesn't bother to address our issues. Salary was good but there is no job security. Company is good but not the process. Only the higher management are getting benefits. They will work according to fulfill just their needs.

No work-life balance. Company's expectation is that travel for atleast 12-15 days in a month. Incentive parameters are pathetic, even after giving 200% effort, you'll get penny as incentives. Company respects their dealers more than employees.

No work life balance., leaves are only on paper No growth most of the employees on same role from years In simple words as far India is concern it is kingdom and in other countries it's republic

It is a place with endless opportunity, though it is been just few months since I have joined the organization, the learning that I have got is enormous. I have got an opportunity to work with a member of the senior management and the learning is immense. Overall, It is a good place to learn and grow in ones career.

Dislikes

Due to the work load, at times we need to extend our work timing and even work on week ends.
