Its a good organization with well defined values and beliefs. The work culture is friendly in nature. Well framed policies are there, but they implement now and then. In the place of autocratic style better go for participative and democratic style of leadership. Entry is the best and exit is the worst in the organization. They don't listen and trust their immediate subordinates. Institutional discrimination is to be avoided in the education wing. HR people have to maintain a human touch in their regular HR activities. Overall it was an wonderful experience to work with GMR for more than two and half decades. wish the group will definitely scale further achievements and services to the community across the country.
