Becoming less employee-oriented and lacks respect for its workforce. There's a noticeable decrease in open communication, leading to confusion and dissatisfaction. Employees feel undervalued due to the absence of recognition for their hard work, and there's a worrying trend of increased work expectations without consideration for work-life balance. Work life balance is good, salary on time.

Dislikes

No promotion at all, salary increment for belo manager post is very less, Senior person will take all benefits good rating and increment. Three months notice period they release you forcefully they will make you serve three months notice period. In Five years I got only 2 lac increment from base salary which I have joined.

... Saturday off. Very rigid criteria for promotion. Very low salary increment. It will forfeit your variable pay if you are not going to work for next year. Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
