Job security is paramount

Dislikes

Anarchy culture. Preference to Telugu employees for good appraisals and promotions. Not a paymaster. Team working in silos. Bureaucratic work environment. Lack of processes and documentation (Currently they have started some initiative on process walkthroughs. Let's see if this would help). Work satisfaction will depend only on team you are a part of. Overall a bad experience and they need to work on their shortcomings if they want to grow sustainably.
