Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Only one thing like about the company is the brand (Pen) only

1. Monday to Saturday work 2. 9 to 5.30 3. No on time salary 4. Sometime salary not provided 5. No bonus 6. No Increment 7. Once you relieve the company they will not give the FNF it will take around 6 months 8. Totally a pathetic company

... even care if you live. You will be arcade for others just for chilling purpose. Company policy are very bad in terms of transportation and salary . They decut your salary , when company is not running that includes covid suitvation also. worst scenario suitvation is right there now. Now they have changed name G.M.Pens to Rorito International.no appraisals will be there even you work for five years.they provide average salary . No hike and bonus will be average pay.

Definateily after connected to GM pens, I haven't ever felt about the job security , career growth, salary & other's benefits during the job. I had spent very good 15yrs very respectively. All the my Maneger's & colegues were well behaved & cultrer . Companie's vision is very prograsive , along with products quality ,designing ,& recognise the need of consumer. GM PENS has shown a great example after launchd the RORITO brand ... & also captured the massive area in very shortest periods ...
