Compensation is decent but growth is slow. But work pressure not very much. Sometimes will work up to 9hoursstraight in as day as I have attend client calls also......

Team members are very friendly and understanding each other. They thought lot of new things which was not though in college salary is satisfactory, work environment is also good and politics plays a little. HR department is very friendly.

Job opportunity is less. Still now I'm trying to get a job in gmmco cat.

The company focuses on new technologies and innovations.The company's market is reliable,get to get high quality products.There are chances of going abroad for some training.The company supports new comers in all aspects.

...he places you work is in villages so no required facilities are available there.Growth is fast,I got to learn new things but compensation is not satisfactory.

1. Below M4 grade not promoted on time. 2. Below M4 Grade salary it's very poor 3. Travel policy is not well as current market. 4. Internal vacancy not sharing with employees, if any employees change the job role and how to change the job mind?

They give lots of training to there employees to do the work well. Knowledge sharing by training department is good think. Good training department available for employees.

Dislikes

They maintain partiality in Salary and promotions and Hr department do not responsive/ favors for employees. Management level is not Good for employees.
