Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Few of faculties are very annoying,as they mislead authority towards work of junior And Senior resident doctors. Not having good quality of trauma centre and other facilities even in OT.

I was working as DNB resident pediatics in GMERS, my consultant and staff is very much supporting. There is ample of free hand work in Gmers for a DNB resident. Excellent exposure of PICU and NICU.

Dislikes

There is no super speciality in paediatrics and also there is shortage of doctors in radio departments so we were no able to do USG and CT scan as emergency.
