All the staff and management is good.The premises are also good. There is also seprate place for socialise and food court.

Dislikes

There is nothing like dislike but salary is not satisfied due to contract system.

Few of faculties are very annoying,as they mislead authority towards work of junior And Senior resident doctors. Not having good quality of trauma centre and other facilities even in OT.

Likes

I was working as DNB resident pediatics in GMERS, my consultant and staff is very much supporting. There is ample of free hand work in Gmers for a DNB resident. Excellent exposure of PICU and NICU.

Dislikes

There is no super speciality in paediatrics and also there is shortage of doctors in radio departments so we were no able to do USG and CT scan as emergency.
